The new product Posistop, sold by Meccanica Arnes, is an
extremely helpful and easy to use patent tool. It allows a rapid tooling
equipment of the piece which has to be tightened on the
self-balancing accesories. For example: lathes, diveders, ecc. Both
manual and automatic control.Posistop:
- Replaces many emergency fulcrums or support.
- Avoids the use of soft clamps set up as support
steps.
- Has been manufacturated with aluminium, do not
damage equipments and pieces in course of manufacture.
- Is supplied with tree magnets whith guarantee the
fastering to the self-balancing accessory during the setting up and
tool change.
- Its form and its assembling guarantee stability ,
no moving during the self.balancing accessory rotation.
- Its goos parallelism with the self-balancing
plane avoids the piece moving during the turning.
- Allows a support of pieces from a minimum
diameter of 10mm to 150mm.
- Its avviable in six differents heights: 15, 20,
25, 30, 35, 40 mm. Guide referred to large clamps from 24 to 54 mm.
- Its aviable as single article or as complete set.
